You may return merchandise up to 7 days after reception
All items must be unused and resell-able. You may receive a refund or a replacement.
All returns must be returned pre-paid. We suggest you return your merchandise via UPS, Federal Express or insured Parcel Post (for tracking purposes). Original shipping charges will not be refunded unless the item is defective.
All returned products must be resell-able, be new, unused, unwashed and in resellable condition with all original tags attached. Items with any odor (cologne/perfume, smoke, deodorant, detergent) or any animal or human hair will not be accepted.
For exchange, Sorry, but all orders shipped with a free freight discount and returned for refund will be charged the original shipping charges.
Refunds will be returned to the tender originally used at time of purchase.
