Where do you make deliveries and what are the shipping timeframes ?
We deliver worldwide and the shipping can take from 48h to 20 days, depends on where you are ! Discover here the shipping options. Please note that import taxes are supported by the client.
From where your items are shipped ?
Depending on the items you ordered, it can be shipped from Peru (for America) or France (for rest of the world), our two main warehouse.
Are the products made in Brazil ?
Yes, our products are 100% made in Brazil or Peru in fairtrade conditions. We produce in Peru the customized pants and new products. Brazil is for large production.
Are the pants unisex ?
No,they are not, Mestres Brasil manufactures pants with special cut for women. There are no unisex pants with Mestres Brasil
There is not my size for a product, how long will it take for you to have it back ?
It depends on the product, some are made every year as some are not, you shall contact us to know about it
How do I place an order?
Use the “shopping basket” function to order with ease. Once you’ve selected the products you want to buy and added them to your basket, you can place your order in five simple steps. Our online store is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so you can place your order whenever you like.
Step 1: Log in
When you place your first order, you’ll be asked to create a user profile by entering your e-mail address and filling in a short registration form. Please check that you enter your e-mail address correctly as we will send you important information and notifications about your order by e-mail.
If you have already placed an order on mestresbrasil.com, simply log in using your e-mail address and the password you chose when creating your profile. Next, click on “Continue” to proceed with your order.
Step 2: Delivery
Select the delivery method of your choice from the options available.
Please note that the delivery times displayed are calculated from the moment the carrier receives your parcel.
Step 3: Summary
Check your order carefully on the order summary page, including the product(s), optional service(s), delivery method and cost. At this stage, you can still modify product quantities, the delivery method, and the billing and/or delivery address. You can also enter a promotional code or remove an optional service.
Step 4: Payment
Depending on the delivery mode selected, you will be offered several payment methods to choose from.
Step 5: Confirmation
When you reach step five, your order has been successfully placed and you can now print out your order confirmation. You will also receive a confirmation e-mail containing your order reference number (beginning with CCL).
How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order online by sending an email at : firstname.lastname@example.org in the 24h after you place the order.
When will my order be dispatched?
If the products you ordered are in stock, your order will be dispatched either the same day or the day after our processing team completes the checks on your order request. If the product is not in stock (or is damaged so cannot be shipped), you will be noticed by email for the delay. You will be able to cancel the order if needed.
